Abraham Lincoln's Program of Black Resettlement Part 11 and last.

This is a series of posts from the cited paper, I will try to divide it into many parts, put titles, and some illustration to fit in blogger and this Blog.
From The Journal of Historical Review, Sept.-Oct. 1993 (Vol. 13, No. 5), pages 4-25.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    By Robert Morgan
The 'Ile à Vache' Project
With the collapse of the Chiriqui plan, Lincoln next gave serious consideration to a small Caribbean island off the coast of the black republic of Haiti, Ile à Vache, as a possible resettlement site for freed blacks.

End of Resettlement Efforts
In early 1863, Lincoln discussed with his Register of the Treasury a plan to "remove the whole colored race of the slave states into Texas." Apparently nothing came of the discussion.
Hard-pressed by the demands of the war situation, and lacking a suitable resettlement site or even strong support within his own inner circle, Lincoln apparently gave up on specific resettlement efforts. On July 1, 1864, presidential secretary John Hay wrote in his diary: "I am happy that the President has sloughed off that idea of colonization."

Whatever its merits, the notion that America's racial question could be solved by massive resettlement of the black population probably never had much realistic prospect of success, given the realities of American life. Writing in The Journal of Negro History, historian Paul Scheips summed up:

... Large-scale colonization of Negroes could only have succeeded, if it could have succeeded at all, if the Nation had been willing to make the gigantic propaganda, diplomatic, administrative, transportation and financial effort that would have been required. As it was, according to [historian Carl] Sandburg, "in a way, nobody cared." But even had hundreds of thousands of Negroes been colonized, the Nation's race problem would not have been solved.

Abolishing Slavery
A Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution, which would prohibit slavery throughout the United States, was passed by the Senate on April 8, 1864. Because the House failed immediately to approve it with the necessary two-thirds majority vote, Lincoln, in his Annual Message of December 6, asked the House to reconsider it. On January 31, 1865, and with three votes to spare, the House approved it. By this time, slavery had already been abolished in Arkansas, Louisiana, Maryland and Missouri, and a similar move seemed imminent in Tennessee and Kentucky.

On February 3, 1865, Lincoln and Secretary of State Seward met with a Confederate peace delegation that included Confederate Vice President Stephens. Lincoln told the delegation that he still favored compensation to owners of emancipated slaves. It had never been his intention, the President said, to interfere with slavery in the states; he had been driven to it by necessity. He believed that the people of the North and South were equally responsible for slavery. If hostilities ceased and the states voluntarily abolished slavery, he believed, the government would indemnify the owners to the extent, possibly, of $400 million. Although the conference was not fruitful, two days later Lincoln presented to his cabinet a proposal to appropriate $400 million for reimbursement to slave owners, providing hostilities stopped by April 1. (The cabinet unanimously rejected the proposal, which Lincoln then regretfully abandoned.)

On April 9, General Lee surrendered his army to General Grant at Appomatox Courthouse, and by the end of May, all fighting had ceased. The Civil War was over.

Lincoln's Fear of 'Race War'
A short time before his death on April 15, 1865, Lincoln met with General Benjamin F. Butler, who reported that the President spoke to him of "exporting" the blacks.

"But what shall we do with the negroes after they are free?," Lincoln said. "I can hardly believe that the South and North can live in peace, unless we can get rid of the negroes ... I believe that it would be better to export them all to some fertile country with a good climate, which they could have to themselves." Along with a request to Butler to look into the question of how best to use "our very large navy" to send "the blacks away," the President laid bare his fears for the future:

If these black soldiers of ours go back to the South, I am afraid that they will be but little better off with their masters than they were before, and yet they will be free men. I fear a race war, and it will be at least a guerilla war because we have taught these men how to fight ... There are plenty of men in the North who will furnish the negroes with arms if there is any oppression of them by their late masters.

To his dying day, it appears, Lincoln did not believe that harmony between white and black was feasible, and viewed resettlement of the blacks as the preferable alternative to race conflict. " ... Although Lincoln believed in the destruction of slavery," concludes black historian Charles Wesley (in an article in The Journal of Negro History), "he desired the complete separation of the whites and blacks. Throughout his political career, Lincoln persisted in believing in the colonization of the Negro."

Lincoln's perception of  the racial reality of America
Frederick Douglass, a gifted African American writer and activist who knew Lincoln, characterized him in a speech delivered in 1876:

In his interest, in his association, in his habits of thought, and in his prejudices, he was a white man. He was preeminently the white man's President, entirely devoted to the welfare of the white man. He was ready and willing at any time during the first years of his administration to deny, postpone, and sacrifice the rights of humanity in the colored people, to promote the welfare of the white people of this country.

Allan Nevins, one of this century's most prolific and acclaimed historians of US history, summed up Lincoln's view of the complex issue of race, and his vision of America's future:

His conception ran beyond the mere liberation of four million colored folks; it implied a far-reaching alteration of American society, industry, and government. A gradual planned emancipation, a concomitant transportation of hundreds of thousands and perhaps even millions of people overseas, a careful governmental nursing of the new colonies, and a payment of unprecedented sums to the section thus deprived of its old labor supply -- this scheme carried unprecedented implications.

To put this into effect would immensely increase the power of the national government and widen its abilities. If even partially practicable, it would mean a long step toward rendering the American people homogeneous in color and race, a rapid stimulation of immigration to replace the workers exported, a greater world position for the republic, and a pervasive change in popular outlook and ideas. The attempt would do more to convert the unorganized country into an organized nation than anything yet planned. Impossible, and undesirable even if possible? -- probably; but Lincoln continued to hold to his vision.

For most Americans today, Lincoln's plan to "solve" America's vexing racial problem by resettling the blacks in a foreign country probably seems bizarre and utterly impractical, if not outrageous and cruel. At the same time, though, and particularly when considered in the context of the terrible Civil War that cost so many lives, it is worth pondering just why and how such a far-fetched plan was ever able to win the support of a leader of the stature and wisdom of Abraham Lincoln.

Abraham Lincoln's Program of Black Resettlement Part 9

This is a series of posts from the cited paper, I will try to divide it into many parts, put titles, and some illustration to fit in blogger and this Blog.

From The Journal of Historical Review, Sept.-Oct. 1993 (Vol. 13, No. 5), pages 4-25.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     By Robert Morgan
The Emancipation Proclamation

During the winter and spring 1861-1862, public support grew rapidly for the view that slavery must be abolished everywhere. Lincoln did not ignore the ever louder calls for decisive action.
On June 19, he signed a law abolishing slavery in all the federal territories. At the same time, he was quietly preparing an even more dramatic measure.
At a cabinet meeting on July 22, Lincoln read out the draft text of a document he had prepared -- a proclamation that would give the Confederate states a hundred days to stop their "rebellion" upon threat of declaring all slaves in those states to be free.
The President told his cabinet that he did not want advice on the merits of the proclamation itself -- he had made up his mind about that, he said -- but he would welcome suggestions about how best to implement the edict. For two days cabinet members debated the draft. Only two -- Secretary of State William Seward and Treasury Secretary Salmon Chase, abolitionists who had challenged Lincoln for the 1860 Republican presidential nomination -- agreed even in part with the proclamation's contents. Seward persuaded the President not to issue it until after a Union military victory (of which so far there had been few), or otherwise, it would appear "the last measure of an exhausted government, a cry for help."

Emancipation/Colonization: First war for freedom in American history.
Union General McClellan's success on September 17 in holding off the forces of General Lee at Antietam provided a federal victory of sorts, and the waited-for opportunity. Five days later, Lincoln issued his Preliminary Emancipation Proclamation, which included a favorable reference to colonization:

I, Abraham Lincoln ... do hereby proclaim and declare that hereafter, as heretofore, the war will be prosecuted for the object of practically restoring the constitutional relation between the United States, and each of the states, and the people thereof ...
That it is my purpose, upon the next meeting of Congress to again recommend the adoption of a practical measure tendering pecuniary aid to the free acceptance or rejection of all slave-states, so called, the people whereof may not be then be in rebellion against the United States, and which states, may then have voluntarily adopted, or thereafter may voluntarily adopt, immediate, or gradual abolishment of slavery within their respective limits; and that the effort to colonize persons of African descent, with their consent, upon this continent, or elsewhere, with the previously obtained consent of the Governments existing there, will be continued.

Lincoln then went on to state that on January 1, 1863,
all persons held as slaves within any state, or designated part of a state, the people whereof shall then be in rebellion against the United States, shall be then, thenceforward, and forever, free ...

The edict then cited the law passed by Congress on March 13, 1862, which prohibited military personnel from returning escaped slaves, and the second Confiscation Act of July 1862.

Proclamation Limitations
On New Year's Day, 1863, Lincoln issued the final Emancipation Proclamation. Contrary to what its title suggests, however, the presidential edict did not immediately free a single slave. It "freed" only slaves who were under Confederate control, and explicitly exempted slaves in Union-controlled territories, including federal-occupied areas of the Confederacy, West Virginia, and the four slave-holding states that remained in the Union.
The Proclamation, Secretary Seward wryly commented, emancipated slaves where it could not reach them, and left them in bondage where it could have set them free.

Moreover, because it was issued as a war measure, the Proclamation's long-term validity was uncertain. Apparently, any future President could simply revoke it. "The popular picture of Lincoln using a stroke of the pen to lift the shackles from the limbs of four million slaves is ludicrously false," historian Allan Nevins has noted.

'Military Necessity'
Lincoln himself specifically cited "military necessity" as his reason for issuing the Emancipation Proclamation. After more than a year of combat, and in spite of its great advantages in industrial might and numbers, federal forces had still not succeeded in breaking the South.
At this critical juncture of the war, the President apparently now hoped, a formal edict abolishing slavery in the Confederate states would strike a blow at the Confederacy's ability to wage war by encouraging dissension, escapes, and possibly revolt among its large slave labor force.

As the war progressed, black labor had become ever more critical in the hard-pressed Confederacy. Blacks planted, cultivated and harvested the food that they then transported to the Confederate armies. Blacks raised and butchered the beef, pigs and chicken used to feed the Confederate troops. They wove the cloth and knitted the socks to clothe the grey-uniformed soldiers. As Union armies invaded the South, tearing up railroads and demolishing bridges, free blacks and slaves repaired them. They toiled in the South's factories, shipping yards, and mines. In 1862, the famous Tredegar ironworks advertised for 1,000 slaves. In 1864, there were 4,301 blacks and 2,518 whites in the iron mines of the Confederate states east of the Mississippi.
Blacks also served with the Confederate military forces as mechanics, teamsters, and common laborers. They cared for the sick and scrubbed the wounded in Confederate hospitals. Nearly all of the South's military fortifications were constructed by black laborers. Most of the cooks in the Confederate army were slaves. Of the 400 workers at the Naval Arsenal in Selma, Alabama, in 1865, 310 were blacks. Blacks served with crews of Confederate blockade-runners and stoked the firerooms of the South's warships.

Confederate General Nathan Bedford Forrest, the legendary cavalry commander, said in a postwar interview: "When I entered the army I took 47 Negroes into the army with me, and 45 of them were surrendered with me ... These boys stayed with me, drove my teams, and better Confederates did not live."

Slavery: The bedrock of the Union.

On several occasions, Lincoln explained his reasons for issuing the Proclamation. On September 13, 1862, the day after the preliminary proclamation was issued, Lincoln met with a delegation of pro-abolitionist Christian ministers, and told them bluntly: "Understand, I raise no objections against it [slavery] on legal or constitutional grounds ... I view the matter [emancipation] as a practical war measure, to be decided upon according to the advantages or disadvantages it may offer to the suppression of the rebellion."

To Salmon Chase, his Treasury Secretary, the President justified the Proclamations' limits: "The original [preliminary] proclamation has no constitutional or legal justification, except as a military measure," he explained. "The exceptions were made because the military necessity did not apply to the exempted localities. Nor does that pressure apply to them now any more than it did then."
Horace Greeley, editor of the influential New York Tribune, called upon the President to immediately and totally abolish slavery in an emphatic and prominently displayed editorial published August 20, 1862. Lincoln responded in a widely-quoted letter:

My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or destroy slavery. If I could save the Union without freeing any slave, I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves, I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone, I would also do that. What I do about slavery and the colored race, I do because I believe it helps to save the Union ...

Concern about growing sentiment in the North to end slavery, along with sharp criticism from prominent abolitionists, was apparently another motivating factor for the President. (Abolitionists even feared that the Confederate states might give up their struggle for independence before the January first deadline, and thus preserve the institution of slavery.)
Lincoln assured Edward Stanly, a pro-slavery Southerner he had appointed as military governor of the occupied North Carolina coast, that "the proclamation had become a civil necessity to prevent the radicals from openly embarrassing the government in the conduct of the war."

The Hair issue in America: From an evolutionary retrospective (Part 1)

Understanding the Evolution theory:

Evolution (or more specifically biological or organic evolution) is the change over time in one or more inherited traits found in populations of individuals. Inherited traits are distinguishing characteristics, for example anatomical, biochemical or behavioural, that are passed on from one generation to the next. Evolution occurs when there is variation of inherited traits within a population over time. The major sources of such inherited variants are mutation, genetic recombination and gene flow. Evolution has led to the diversification of all living organisms from a common ancestor.

Evolution of the great apes:
Species close to the last common ancestor of gorillas, chimpanzees and humans may be represented by Nakalipithecus fossils found in Kenya and Ouranopithecus found in Greece. Molecular evidence suggests that between 8 and 4 million years ago, first the gorillas, and then the chimpanzees (genusPan) split off from the line leading to the humans; human DNA is approximately 98.4% identical to that of chimpanzees when comparing single nucleotide polymorphisms (see human evolutionary genetics).
The modern theory concerning the evolution of man proposes that humans and apes derive from an apelike ancestor that lived on earth a few million years ago. The theory states that man, through a combination of environmental and genetic factors, emerged as a species to produce the variety of ethnicities seen today, while modern apes evolved on a separate evolutionary pathway.
...Also--and somewhat confusingly--it seems that later archosaurs (like Desmatosuchus) coexisted with the earliest dinosaurs (like Eoraptor and Herrerasaurus). In evolutionary terms, this poses no contradiction: evolved animals often wind up living side-by-side with the (relatively unevolved) descendants of their "progenitor" species. But it does pose a problem to paleontologists trying to definitively classify Triassic-period fossils.

The Afro Hair From a Bio-Evolutionary Perspective

"Black People Are Less Intelligent than Everyone Else"   - Dr. James Watson

Black people
The term black person is used in systems of racial classification for humans of a dark skinned phenotype, relative to other racial groups.
Different societies apply different criteria regarding who is classified as "black", and often social variables such as class, socio-economic status also plays a role so that relatively dark skinned people can be classified as white if they fulfill other social criteria of whiteness and relatively light skinned people can be classified as black if they fulfill the social criteria for blackness. As a biological phenotype being "black" is often associated with the very dark skin colors of some people who are classified as 'black'. But, particularly in the United States, the racial classification also refers to people with all possible kinds of skin pigmentation from the darkest through to the very lightest skin colors, including albinos, if they are believed by others to have African ancestry and exhibit cultural traits associated with being "African-American". Therefore, the term 'black people' is not an indicator of skin color but of racial classification.

Dark skinned people; Our distant evolutionary cousins. (bro!)
Dark-skinned people evolved in isolation from other groups, under different sets of selective pressures, physical variations that are different in combination from any other group. To give you an idea of how varied it is, when you look at the degree of genetic diversity in humans around the world, what you find is a disproportionate concentration in Africa, found in the various tribes and ethnic groupings there. Groups of people left Africa and colonized the rest of the world, but of four main branches in the human lineage (based on mitochondrial DNA), only one branch moved out of Africa to populate the rest of the continents.

Dark skin
The evolution of dark skin is linked intrinsically to the loss of body hair in humans. By 1.2 million years ago, all people having descendants today had the same receptor protein of today's Africans; their skin was dark, and the intense sun lowered the chance of survival of those with lighter skin that resulted from mutational variation in the receptor protein. This is significantly earlier than the speciation of Homo sapiens from Homo Erectus some 250,000 years ago.

Hair:
The texture of hair in people of Sub-Saharan African ancestry is noticeably different from that of Eurasian populations, as noted by Herodotus.
The specific characteristics of the natural afro-hair form are unique among all mammals. The texture likely predates the evolution of dark skin. It evolved when, as pre-human Australopithecines lost most of their fur to enable perspiration, the need to protect the newly exposed pale skin underneath this body hair was crucial, the trait ceased to be essential to survival at the equator upon the evolution of hairless dark skin. Yet it has continued to be expressed vestigially among most Melanesians, Andaman Islanders, and sub-Saharan Africans.

Consequence of this Evolutionary deficit:
Negros evolutionary deficit which simply is the fact that they didn’t advanced much from the stage of homo erectus as homo s. Sapien or modern human does, they stagnated at an quasi primate stage which is characterized by more strength, bigger arms and relative bigger upper body and small brain and limited mental abilities...As a result those characteristics will be at the root of the failure of the educational system in America, since the standards been lowered progressively to adapt to primates students, as a result this state of mind will expand and shape American Education as we know it today...=> based on primates intelligence standards.

It’s a harsh cold world:
Negros adapting their evolutionary deficit to modern humans’ society.
Negroes, as a reaction to a mixed milieu, they've got to improve their image and to lose the primates look characteristics, different methods been used to achieve a more presentable look:

A variation of the Afro hair is resulting by Cross-breeding with caucasians.
They were typically the children of white planters, or their sons or overseers, who had relationships with or had raped and impregnated, enslaved women. By the 18th century in Virginia, travelers already noted the high rate of mixed-race people, and many shades of color found among slaves. There were traveler reports of "white slaves", meaning those who looked white and had only a small part of African ancestry.
Thomas Jefferson, the third president of the United States, fathered a second family with his slave girl, Sally Hemings.

Let's EVOLVE!
The main issues of evolution of Negroes is their hair, the hair represent the main visible evolutionary deficit of the Black race, along with the skin, which they may compensate by the (tanning excuse)
Wigs, hair straitening and all kinds of skin bleaching and Hair treatment is a flourishing industry because of Negros evolutionary deficit.

The use of Wigs by Black females CHALLENGES Darwin Theory of Evolution.
Wigs and skin bleaching products represent the “visible missed link” between modern Humans and Homo-Erectus.
A simple Wig can make a Black female cross hundreds of thousands of years of the Human evolutionary process.
"Wigs let black females beat the Evolution theory of the origin of species; a Negra can cross hundreds of thousands of years of the evolutionary process just by wearing a wig."

The Hair issue in America: a cultural and Historical dimension

The Hair issue among females of color is a characteristic of the American society. It is a cultural trait of the African American community; as a step ahead from the Afro-hair of the civil rights movement and the post segregation era into assimilation and a more presentable look, by all kinds of alternative to the Afro hair.

The Afro-hair, representing an era of social subordination.
African Americans today, consider themselves more melting into the texture of the American society  by all kinds of wigs and alternative to the afro hair, thinking of it as a step ahead into the "white wanna be" syndrome they are suffering from, While in reality they look like clowns, or Negro females walking around with an Indian woman's hair.
The Hair issue among females of colors in America, will reach another dimension by the exportation of the image of Michelle Obama as the first lady of color to the world.
As a natural reaction to save the reputation of the White House and of America in general; fortunes will be spent on the first Negra’s hair in an attempt to present the image of America as a multi-color nation in a decent way to the world.

Repercussion of the Hair issue on the world's situation.
This is the symbolic picture of the infusion of the soul into the Homo S. Sapien after it reached an certain degree of evolutionary process, it is a marking step in the history of humanity, since obviously there is no creation but intelligent design and "controlled" evolution, the infusion of the soul or the light will open the Homo S. Sapien into new , perspective, marking a decisive line between 2 sides. The Homo Erectus, stagnant in the evolutionary phase in Africa wont get that divine gift, explaining the evolutionary gap at the roots of biggest humanity issues nowadays, including, but not limited to the disparity if distribution of wealth, the gap in mental and economic development. The transatlantic slave trade will be a decisive point in defining humanity actual state, mixing seeds in America reached dramatic levels, the darkness took over, along with native Americans remains and Jews, whom, even though you can't place them in the same level as the evolutionary level of Africans, were historically subordinate, creating opportune condition to the corruption of their soul. The overall result is the American empire as we know incarnation of the Zionist regime or the doctrine of darkness in its path of revenge of Homo S. Sapiens infused by Gods soul.

Reflections about Negros Evolutionary deficit and its repercussion on their today's situation

Evolution vs. Creation.
"Both theories are incomplete to explain the magic of the universe. Otherwise, humans are speculating without having a clue or able to present a decent complete scheme of what they believe at."

Racist prejudices

...I don't know, is this photo supposed to be racist? All you can see is Avril Lavigne promoting her organisation, which is a good cause.

A more attentive look, free from the brainwashing of diversity as a way into modernity will make you remark the evolutionary gap between human kinds, call me a monster, I don't care, kids are suffering for their ancestors actions, the African race being backwarded forever, and they are unable to see further than their flat nose, drowned in corruption and personal interests.
Same as your few generation descendants will endure, because you are unable to see beyond your little perverted milieu, and focusing on your little person.

Everybody got a little bit of racism deep inside that he struggles so it don't surface his actions....D. Trump asked Obama for birth certificate and here is Bill Maher who ask him for birth certificate to prove hes not the spawn of his mother having sex with a primate, the kind who got appetite for human females, inhabiting Africa of course.

On the other hand, a study had shown that a big part of Americans still link Africans to apes and primates, around 30% . Which is plain ignorance and blind stupid racism. Since the evolution theory proved that all human descended from the great ape and evolved into different stages of hominids forming different races and human kinds, making comparing any human being to a primate strait ignorance.but people stuck with the wrong interpretation of the evolution theory and went blind to express their racial rage by calling Africans primates...etc.
Was Bill. Maher, meaning that Obama is the spawn of a Homo Erectus and and a Homo S. Sapiens?

The Black and White issue at the core of your hysteria...
American Negro claiming his freedom...overseas...you cannot change History bro! American females are all the Black men bitches, it's not in the constitution nor mentioned in the 13th amendment but that's the reality, the result of the end of the segregation era. The American male manhood is on the ground, every Negro steps on it, just watch " Soul plane" and get the image.

American Negros spirit

A mixture of trauma, fear of the uncertain future and inferiority complex of belonging to a historically subordinate class, the all hidden behind excessive appearances and extreme behavior. Ever wonder why Negro got their :"Typical Negros Behavior"? Its their natural spontaneous reaction to their situation as the last existing descendants of the vague of the largest enslavement movement on the planet Earth.
They feel they are the marginal class, they try to deflect the attention by minding all kind of businesses and infiltrating all sectors, often making it the Black race patriotic duty in America.

Negros "animals instinct based" reaction to the Awareness on their real nature aka Racism

Must say I touched a sensible nerve...It be chanting for equality and reconnaissance as a part and not a marginal entity that the gobernment stuck with upon Lincoln's Mistake...It be crying for attention and doing the evil old trick: play on both sides...before we be president and sheeet, now when the colored clown proved the incompetence of the Homo Erectus even improved by El Masta genes...they be like truth and purpose of keeping free shit since we be extinct if left to our own....

How funny, it's the old evil trick to play both sides and go with the flow....you got humiliated wold wide with the clown at the white house now flip your coat and be like...where is my throat...it' stuffed with KFC.

Lee Puniisher vs. Homo Erectus
I see this Facebook page stir a feeling of insecurity among Negro...as a natural animalistic instinct they be posting shit deflecting the attention about the real issue which is the behavioral allergy resulting from coexisting with a distant evolutionary specie which is the homo s. Sapiens or cracka as they call it...this behavioral allergy causes the statistics of crimes by race in America as presented by the FBI...is it time for a reservation for Negros or we need more damages from the Homo Erectus evolutionary deficit.... This is serious talk here...I don't copy past....I know Negros mind and evil soul I'am Le Puniisher ...you just woke up to the fact that the media is brainwashing your ass to eat KFC... And look like retarded obese slaves descendants improved with el masta genes....people know this shit long time ago...

Negro improved with Homo S. Sapiens genes be like : " Motha fucka Darwin was wrong....where's the motha fucking bones of half man half monkey" ..The dumbest thing I' ve ever heard....It's like Negros be like " Show us the bones! Of half monkey half man" Hey! this is not SyFy...nobody talking about half man half monkey, the Issue is of partially evolved humans...and that's not an Insult ,you stayed and adapted to Africa climate and natural constraints while homo S. Sapiens evolved by confronting harsh conditions out of Africa.
Some ghetto areas in Philly explain why the Negros race never invented the Wheel, Detroit bankruptcy and Philly fucked up situation are just long term consequence of the Negros large presence and their primitive mentality.

Introducing the Orange line: Forget about measuring skulls.

I'am going from the notion of second class citizen to a more vague theory of second class human being... ...Be Hold, our Orange Line in aiming to englobe the planet, same as la couche d'ozone But with no ruptures, either you are below or above the Orange Line.

Beyond Races, colors and National backgrounds, a distinction must be made between what kind of Hominid spirit you are hosting, it all goes into 2 ends. Homo S. Sapiens as at the roots of the revolution industrial and the major enlightenment humanity known in the written history, and the Homo Erectus as represented by the African race, and all those marginal isolated races discovered by "modern Humans" and all the genes mixing that happened since first slaves being sold out of Africa, and their subordinate existence on the planet, from inability to invent the wheel until, literally surviving on the white race resources and security systems.

Of course the enlightenment humanity has known, is volatile, corruption of the soul isn't an exact science, and while Evil favorite hosting corpses is that of isolated races away from the modern humanity accomplishments and most likely hosting the Homo Erectus spirit and genes even in the smallest part, some exception may be noted in both part of the line, this is to say that an 100% looking Caucasian isn't immune to the corruption of the soul, and a Negro, under some circumstances can be pure soul free from corruption, but its usually in the traditional way. As in black lives matter movement, it represent a grave case of corruption of the soul and Evil hosted in different colors wants impunity and disorder to establish chaos.

Désormais, Satan is present in every inch of the planet he got allies in every part of the world, it tend to lure and corrupt people hosting the Homo Erectus spirit, or infested by the Evil seeds through the extensive cross breeding since "Negros second out of Africa"

As an ultimate step of servitude IT lures them to the States forming the Evil Tyrannic empire the United States.

Again, Negros, arrogance at its finest: Illusion of freedom
Tired of Negros shit...I was trying to be comprehensive and consider that they are a traumatized race and needs a lot of time to get over the evolutionary deficit...But apparently they are a lost cause, been trying to give credit when its due, and consider them from an humanitarian view like an endangered specie, try to be humble as a modern human with optimal mental and physical abilities, and think of them like our distant cousins in the evolutionary timeline, which we have to take responsibility of until they can be self sufficient as a race (like in 5075). But I'm horrified by how desperate their situation is, their mentality is OUT they are unable to face the truth about their fucked up situation, they live in permanent illusion, the biggest lie they are living is freedom...you cannot dissociate freedom from independence, they are dependent on the Government aid same a pet is dependent on its owner, they will starve to death without hand out. They are the most backwarded race in America and probably in the world, one may argue that Africa's situation is due to condition climatic and historical circumstance, the American Negro they been handed everything for decades, privileged treatment, positive discrimination..Yet, they are behind among all racial group in America all they do is drowning in alcohol, drugs and obsessional sex..Keeping their arrogant attitude of WE BE THIS and WE BE THAT while they are ....THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT FAILED DOMESTICATION PROJECT launched after the Emancipation of farms equipment by the alcoholic president...Even Liberia wont take them now.

Black privilege: How white double standards destroy black communities

HOUSTON, November, 23, 2013 — Fifty years ago last August, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. stood on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and delivered one of the most memorable speeches of modern history. “I have a dream,” he said, “that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”
King will forever remain one of the most courageous and visionary Americans to have ever lived, but it is truly unfortunate that his vision of a colorblind, race-neutral society is no longer the goal of the black community or of white liberal elites.

King campaigned for and won the right of black men and women to be treated fairly and equally under the law. Today, however, he would not recognize the state of the black community and the racial lens through which many blacks view each and every situation. The following interaction from a recent cable news show acts as a perfect example.
On MSNBC this Wednesday, the “Martin Bashir Live” show featured guests Matt Lewis of the Daily Caller and Professor Michael Eric Dyson. They discussed Oprah Winfrey going around the world and making comments like this to the BBC: “There’s a level of disrespect for the office that occurs. And that occurs in some cases and maybe even many cases because [President Obama is] African American. There’s no question about that and it’s the kind of thing nobody ever says but everybody’s thinking it.”
Dyson, a black man, interrupted Lewis, a white man, which led to a minute or so of confusing cross-talk. Dyson then loudly professed that Lewis was “deploy(ing) the very principles of white privilege to silence a black man on the panel because you don’t want to talk about race.“ Almost immediately following this exchange the host, Martin Bashir, took Dyson’s bait, and not wanting to be deemed a racist, deployed the very principle of black privilege to silence the white man, and allowed Dyson to finish his monologue.

Using the color of your skin to shut down your political opponent is the essence of what King fought against, yet now many blacks, and their condescending white, liberal allies, commonly do just that.

If America at large, and the black community in particular, is to succeed and prosper, blacks must not be made to feel as if they need and deserve special accommodations. White liberals have done extensive psychological damage to blacks by sending the message, through both government sanctioned affirmative action policies and cultural political correctness, that black people cannot compete at the same level as the rest of America.
To solve this illusory problem, white liberals make feeding, housing and clothing their black clients a government priority. They genuinely believe that blacks cannot do these things for themselves. This belief is contrary to history and to the facts, and has caused severe damage to the black community. It is time to recognize that another liberal idea with good intentions is greatly hurting the very people it is intended to help.
There is plenty of evidence that blacks can be extremely successful if government sanctioned racism is avoided. In the two industries where affirmative action is not applied — professional sports and entertainment — the percentage of black Americans is greater than their share of the overall population. In the two industries where a truly free market still exists, blacks are disproportionately successful.
There is no reason to believe that blacks would not be just as successful in other industries, if systemic and government sanctioned racism were removed from the equation. The facts, numbers and statistics that support the argument that race-based government and social policies are damaging to blacks are clear and are available here.

Conservatives believe that all men are equal in the eyes of their creator and under the law. Therefore, any law that treats anyone differently based upon skin color must be repealed, if we are to honor the legacy of Dr. King, as well as that of the founders.
Affirmative action is only one tool that white, liberal elites have used to force the black community into dependency. Teachers’ unions have destroyed education in lower income areas and put many black children at a huge educational disadvantage from the earliest grades. Minimum wage laws have guaranteed that individuals with less education will not be offered jobs they otherwise would have and will not develop marketable skills.
Welfare programs have sapped the spirit and destroyed the soul of many blacks who would otherwise be valuable contributing members of society. This trifecta of liberal ideas, intended to create dependency upon the federal government, have done just that. All three must be gradually replaced with policies that empower the individual.
Supreme Court Justice, Clarence Thomas, the only black person on the Court, directly and succinctly articulated the best argument against treating people differently based on skin color earlier this year. In his opinion in a case concerning affirmative action policies at a university he wrote, “Slaveholders argued that slavery was a ‘positive good’ that civilized blacks and elevated them in every dimension of life, a century later, segregationists similarly asserted that segregation was not only benign, but good for black students.”
He went on, “Following in these inauspicious footsteps, the University would have us believe that its discrimination is likewise benign. I think the lesson of history is clear enough: Racial discrimination is never benign.” He added, “The University’s professed good intentions cannot excuse its outright racial discrimination any more than such intentions justified the now-denounced arguments of slaveholders and segregationists.”
Facts and history are stubborn things; unfortunately, white, liberal elites are even more stubborn. They want and need the votes of the black community, and will do everything possible to keep blacks on what former U.S. Rep. Lt. Col. Allen West has repeatedly referred to as “the 21st century liberal plantation.” If white, liberal elites have their way, blacks will be completely dependent on the state, unless and until they rise up and demand to be treated equally, following in the giant footsteps of the great Dr. King.
