Why every body making fun of American Schools...?

The tendency was Blacks and Mexicans and the reputation of stupids ...Now recently in NYC, Mestizos are like the new stooopidos in Town...
It's true that all NYC are a bunch of stupid, ignorant smuggled immigrants who discover the civilization in the big apple....But even among New York stoopidos, we can stereotype... And the recent tendency is that Mestizos are the dumbest of all ...
